    At Melden Fine Jewelers, every piece is crafted with care and made to order specifically for you.     We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer     complimentary shipping and 30-day complimentary returns     on eligible purchases made through our website.  

 

30-Day Complimentary Returns

 

    We accept returns of eligible made-to-order jewelry within     30 days of the date you receive your order.  

 

To qualify for a return and refund: 

• The item must be returned within the 30-day return period.
  
• The jewelry must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.  
• The item must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or modification after delivery.
  
• All original packaging, certificates, documentation, and accessories included with the order should be returned with the item.
  

 

    Eligible returns are complimentary. When you use the return method provided by     Melden Fine Jewelers, there is no return shipping charge to you.  

 

Made-to-Order Jewelry

 

    Most Melden Fine Jewelers pieces are made to order according to the metal color,     diamond size, setting, and other options selected at the time of purchase.  

 

    Although these pieces are made specifically for your order, our standard     30-day complimentary return policy applies to eligible made-to-order products purchased through our website.  

 

    Jewelry that has been additionally personalized, engraved, resized, altered, or modified at the customer's     request after purchase may not qualify for return.

Refunds

 

    Once your return is received, our team will inspect the jewelry to confirm that it meets the conditions     of our return policy.  

 

    Approved returns will receive a refund to the original form of payment.     The refund will cover the eligible amount paid for the returned merchandise.  

 

    After a refund has been issued by Melden Fine Jewelers, please allow additional processing time for     your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.  

 

Original Condition Requirement

 

    Returned jewelry must be received in its original condition. Melden Fine Jewelers reserves the right     to decline a return or refund if an item has been worn, damaged, altered, resized, modified, or otherwise     returned in a condition different from how it was originally delivered.  

 

    We recommend carefully placing your jewelry back into its original packaging before returning it.  

 

Complimentary Shipping & Returns

 

    Melden Fine Jewelers offers complimentary shipping on website orders and     complimentary return shipping on eligible returns made within the 30-day return period.  

 

    For your protection, please return jewelry only according to the return instructions and shipping method     provided by Melden Fine Jewelers.  

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

 

    If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please     contact us as soon as possible.  

 

    Our team will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

    To initiate a return, please     contact Melden Fine Jewelers     within 30 days of receiving your order.  

 

    Our team will provide return instructions and, for eligible returns, a complimentary return shipping label.     Please do not send jewelry back without first requesting return instructions.
