How does Made to Order work?
Select a Melden design and the options available on its product page. We produce your piece for your order. Bespoke is a separate service for an original design created with personal guidance.
When will my jewelry arrive?
Production and delivery depend on the design and selected specifications. Please contact us before ordering if you need your jewelry for a particular date; we will confirm the expected timing for your selection.
Can I return a Made to Order piece?
Eligible Made to Order website purchases can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unworn and undamaged condition, with packaging and documentation. Additional personalization, engraving, resizing or alterations may affect eligibility. Please contact us about bespoke terms before commissioning a piece. Return shipping is free when you use Melden’s approved return method. A 5% handling fee is deducted from all refunds, except where prohibited by applicable law. The fee is calculated on the merchandise amount being refunded after discounts and excluding sales tax. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
